IDCGames - PRIVACY POLICY - APPS
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices for IDC Games's mobile apps available at Google’s Play Store, iTunes app store, and/or any other app store where IDC Games publishes its apps at: what information we collect, how such information is used and stored and who do we share such information with.
By downloading or using any of our apps you are consenting to this Privacy Policy. IDC Games may amend this Privacy Policy any time; your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy that may occur.
Our user’s privacy is important to us, and we recognize the need to provide additional privacy protection for children. Our privacy practices are subject to the Spanish Data Protection Act (LO 15/1999), as well as other European data privacy directives and regulations.

ABOUT THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Likely situations when you make personal data available to IDC Games include, but are not limited to: by using IDC Game’s mobile apps, requesting technical support, accessing services using a third party ID such as social networking sites or the app store's gaming services; purchasing a product or service within the app (or "in-app purchase"); using “rate this app” "recommend this app" or other similar features.
The data we process on you may include, but is not limited to: email address, device ID, IP-address, user names and passwords. IDC Games may supplement your data with data received from third parties in connection with demographic, advertisement, market and other analytics surveys or services.
ANDROID PERMISSIONS AND WHAT THEY MAY BE REQUIRED FOR

ADVERTISING IN OUR APPS
Our free applications may use third party advertising networks to serve in-app advertising. These networks may include, but are not limited to: Admob, Chartboost, Fyber, AppLovin, Vungle, Unity Ads, Inneractive.
IDC Games or third parties may collect and use data, for such purposes, including but not limited to data such as: Device ID, IDFA (Identifier for Advertising for iOS devices), AAID (Google Advertising ID for Android devices), demographic and geo-location information, installed software, application usage data, hardware type, Operating System information, and in-game information.
IDC Games reserves the right to use and disclose the collected, non-personal data for purposes of advertising by IDC Games or IDC Games’s partners. Every mobile device comes with an identifier that allows developers and marketers to track activity for advertising purposes, to ensure that relevant advertising is presented within the service and advertisements. It may also be used by advertisers to run remarketing campaigns and record purchasing or downloading conversions. In case IDC Games shares this data with third parties it will be provided anonymously.

ANALYTICS
IDC Games may use your information to perform its own analytics and to enable analytics provided by third parties.
